Places of interest around the cave of the Large Dragons. Please keep these locations in mind to keep things consistent.

Ice-Crowned Peaks summit holds the lands last large dragon eggs. These dragons have been extinct for several generations and there are few alive still who even remember flyable dragons. Somewhere on this peak lay the last of these eggs. Not many know they exist, as they have since become legend. Only those with the royal documents will possess the map to this peak's location. Because it is hidden so well by the rest of the mountain, only those with the map can locate it. Otherwise, others without the map end up on different, dangerous peaks.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
As the name implies, this cave is known as a Desolate place. The mouth of the cave is cause enough for fear, not to mention what lays within. It is rumored the large dragons still live within the cave, but no one has seen any sign of them for many years. Because this cave is located at the top of the frozen landscape of The Ice-Crowned Peaks, no one has been able to climb up and see for themselves. It is a grueling task to reach this cave, as blizzards and the cold have hindered even the most skilled ice benders. If not properly prepared for this journey, one can expect not to make it out alive.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
The Ice-Crowned Peaks are as beautiful as they are deadly. With jagged cliffs and blizzards that can start at any moment, this is not a good place to journey alone. While the crystal on the mountain does shimmer in the moonlight, this mountain should not be taken lightly. With avalanches common, and many travelers unable to withstand the freezing temperatures, Ice-Crowned Peaks is a beautiful yet dangerous terrain. If you can even find your way up the sharp pass, it is a three day journey from base to peak. Leaving yourself exposed to the elements could prove deadly.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
The Ice Crowned Lake is a frozen wonderland that is on the backside of the Ice Crowned Peaks. Just outside Audn Stad, down the peak of the mountain, lies the ever-frozen banks and water of this lifeless lake. Just under the ice, fish and plant-life still are just as alive. Underneath the frozen upper layer, the water remains in its liquid form and does not freeze. Oxygen is trapped beneath a layer of ice, and as a result, fish and other aquatic animals find it possible to live comfortably in the frozen lake and can be accessed by breaking the ice above. With freezing temperatures always outside, it can be difficult to break through the ice and get to the water below, but it is very possible. The land surrounding is riddled with some animal life, but not much. Some arctic foxes, white rabbits and other games are able to live here, but large animals have not found ways to survive in such a harsh climate. This lake is surrounded by a dense forest, so finding its location can prove rather difficult.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
Desolate Plains are located down the mountainside of Ice Crowned Peaks. This is a great place for hunting wildlife, though they are sparse, for food or sport. Blizzards are quick to roll in and severe during winter months, so wandering too far will surely be a death sentence. These plains are open to any who can reach them, though the mountain does not keep human company well. With avalanches common from the peaks, this is an unstable terrain that can cause many travelers who dare find it to meet an unfortunate end. The entrance to the Desolate Place is an ice-covered opening. The rock cave within the mountains of the Ice Crowned Peaks remains covered with ice and snow year-round, with temperatures hardly rising above freezing. The entrance to Audn Stad is a frozen wonderland, though slippery if travelers are not careful. Instead of following a straight path inside, travelers are forced downwards into the cave through the use of rock steps and snow. This helps keep the cave secure, as any who venture in, unless they know the way out, will never find it again.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
The caverns of Audn Stad are treacherous and untamed. No one knows what lurks in the darkness, or if sunlight even is able to get in. From the entrance and down a rather steep descent downwards, the cavern opens up to many different tunnels and ways to get lost. There is some streams of water throughout the cavern, although the source of this water is unknown, or even if it’s drinkable and safe. The water is warm, and although not enough of it to bathe in, at least the source of the water can be known to be some sort of heat. This heat does not melt the ice or snow around the rocks, but at least no one will freeze to death if they step foot in it. This main cavern tunnel branches out to at least six other tunnels, none of which have ever been explored. [/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
One of the tunnels within Audn Stad possesses a hot spring that flows from openings in the tops of the rocks. Where the source of this water is, no one knows, but sparse plants grow near the water’s edge. This water is warm, though not terribly hot, and there is just enough of it for baths to be had and relaxation to be gained. Which tunnel leads to this spring is unknown, and just outside the warmth of this tunnel is still snow and ice. This water does not stop flowing, though the sounds of it cannot be heard anywhere outside the tunnel that houses it. [/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
The tunnels of Audn Stad are etched within rock and ice. There are six, at least, tunnels that make up the entirety of the cave, each descending further down into the mountain. Each of the tunnels leads somewhere different, with it being unknown if there are dangers in any tunnel or if each offers safe passage. This space is large enough for large dragons to rest in, and only three of the tunnels are able to be passed by large dragons. Small dragons have no trouble passing through each tunnel, although how structurally sound it remains unknown. [/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
The Main Cavern of Audn Stad is a large room with many stalactites hanging from the roof of the cave. The room itself is rather dark, with a single light coming from the far back center of the room. Rain can come in, or snow, though drafts are not as likely to get inside. This cavern can only be found by entering one of the six tunnels, and journeying through another smaller tunnel to reach its larger opening. It is a difficult place to find, and a perfect spot should one wish to hide within. It shields from the weather outside, though it can take a short while to walk to it, even knowing its location. Many humans and large dragons can fit inside, though taking care to avoid falling stalactites that a dragon tail may hit could be in one’s best interest.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
